Service coordinator

For our branch located in Dalhousie we are looking for a service coordinator.

Salary : 23$ to 26$/hour

Responsibilities

• Plan technician workloads, support the progress and follow-up of work orders;
• Tracking work order parts;
• Respond to service calls and parts, and validate customer needs (e.g., for warranties, prices, parts, etc.);
• Ensure that the work is carried out in the correct segments and within the required time, and describe the tasks performed, including the parts used;
