UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor is growing and seeking a compassionate, motivated Service Coordinator I to join our Housing Case Management team. In this role, you won't just support individuals, you'll be on the front lines of change, helping people rebuild their lives and rediscover hope.
At the heart of this work is a nationally recognized, evidence-based Housing First model that follows the approach of providing immediate, permanent, low barrier housing to people experiencing homelessness, with supportive services offered voluntarily.
