Location: Office-based role in Pinchbeck

The Role
As Our Service Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For- Managing incoming customer calls and emails
- Scheduling engineers and service appointments
- Preparing job sheets and updating CRM systems
- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate service and customer records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of service operations
