The Business Development Representative is directly responsible for responding to service customer inquiries and maintaining service customer retention within customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
· Answer and Schedule Customer Service Appointment Requests via Email, Phone, Text within 30 minutes during working hours.
· Correctly handle appointment and information requests according to available Manufacturer reference material and Dealer Policies.
· Confirm First Appointment is made with customer for every New and Pre-owned Vehicle Sold by Sales Department
