Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling engineers for service, maintenance, and reactive call‑outs
• Managing engineer diaries and ensuring workloads are planned efficiently
• Liaising with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service requirements
• Working closely with the sales team and senior management to support business operations
• Monitoring ongoing jobs and ensuring all works are completed within agreed timeframes
