Our Esperance branch is seeking a motivated Service Clerk to join our team and support the delivery of excellent service. This role will work directly with and report to the Service Manager of the Workshop.

About The Role  

• Raising and closing of repair orders.

• Input of technician times to repair orders.

• Filing of workshop paperwork.

• Liaise between customers, salesman, and suppliers to ensure prompt & on-time delivery of services.

• Submit all warranty claims in the subscribed time.

• Processing service purchase orders and invoices.

• Preparing customer quotes as per technician details.
