Portfolio Credit Control are currently partnered with a well-established Property business who are currently looking to expand the talent in the accounts team. With the expansion and divisional growth we are currently assisting with the recruitment for a Property Service Charge Accountant, you must be proficient in QUBE MRI and have dealt with year-end accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing Monthly and quarterly client reporting
* Client statements
* Cashflow and income expenditure
* Budget vs actual with relevant commentary for the Directors approval prior to client submission
* Preparing full year-end service charge reconciliations
* Balance sheet
* Extended trial balances with relevant workings for the property managers approval before client and audit review
* VAT reconciliation
* Dealing with client and audit queries
* Dealing with existing and providing ETB reconciliation<...
