Service Centre Manager
As a Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations of your Service Centre, leading a collaborative team, building genuine customer relationships and taking pride in your store’s performance.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of your Service Centre by ensuring all customers are met with the care they deserve (approximately 90% of your time will be spent customer‑facing).
- Add value for customers and identify opportunities to boost revenue.
- Lead a team to achieve results by managing staff time strategically, staying on top of team goals, and asking for help when needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years of management and/or leadership experience (preferred); sales experience is a bonus.
- Interest in team development and helping people grow.
- Enthusiasm for challenges and seeing opportunities in every situation.
