Customer Greeting: Welcome clients warmly, open their doors, and quickly direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor.Vehicle Check-in: Record vehicle details like mileage and tag numbers, and document any pre-existing exterior damage.Vehicle Preparation: Install disposable protective items (seat covers, floor mats) in the customer's car to maintain cleanliness.Parking & Logistics: Safely move and park customer vehicles in designated lot areas while ensuring they are locked and keys are securely tagged.Retrieval: Fetch completed vehicles from the lot and bring them to the service drive for client pickup.Lot Organization: Keep the service area and lot neat and free of hazards (e.g., dirt, snow, or debris).
