I.Position Summary
The Service Advisor is mainly responsible in receiving customer vehicles, performs customer consultation on vehicle concerns. Upsell products and services. Prepares repair order and tracks its status. Provides customer update and performs vehicle handover to customer.
- Attending all inquiries via emails, chats and telephone when on duty.
- Maintaining a professional and positive manner with all customers and third parties to ensure repeat business.
- Troubleshooting problems for customers’ queries, raise to related departments to resolve customers' queries.
- Always providing excellent quality of customer service and resolving customers’ queries in line with departmental procedures.
- Point person handling all aftersales concern.
- Communicates with the Technicians, Customers, and Management.
- Prepares weekly reports for all the services done both outside and within the service station.
