Service advisor

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Service Advisor .

Requirements: Matric Certificate Driver's license Minimum 3 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor Ability to work under pressure Outgoing and vibrant personality

Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP) Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system Update necessary vehicle details Prepare quotations Ensure accurate invoice payments Full vehicle handover process Customer follow ups Maintain a high CSI
