Delivering personalized service that exemplifies our dealerships.Working with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.Preparing repair orders, updating databases with relevant details of orders, and closing orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.Providing service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.Performing road tests of customer vehicles to assess customer concerns Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
