Andiario is seeking a professional server to join our dining room team.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to a front of house team focused on genuine hospitality, attentive service, and memorable guest experiences
• Guide guests through a weekly changing set menu and wine pairings
• Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and techniques
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams
• Assist with service setup, maintenance, and closing duties
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to maintain focus, composure, and attention to detail throughout service
• Wine knowledge
• Familiarity with local farms, seasonal ingredients, and food sourcing
