Job Description

About the role
We’re seeking a Server Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited too; Service Requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incidents and Incident response times to name a few.
Skills & Experience
Hands-on technical experience with both Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good working knowledge of NTFS security in an enterprise environment and migrations of large data sets

Extensive experience with Group Policy including Windows Desktop lockdowns, drive mappings and preference items

Understanding IT Service Management concepts

Ability to apply ITIL v3 Foundation concepts within the workplace

Sound knowledge of multi-forest Active Directories
