A Server Assistant at Vandelay Hospitality Group is responsible for assisting our service staff with providing exceptional service to our guests. The Server Assitant is expected to perform in a hospitable manner and play an integral role in supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant while also anticipating the guests’ needs. Our goal is to make everyone feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed, while exceeding expectations of all.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist servers, bartenders and hosts when needed and understands food descriptions and ingredients of menu items.
