Teaching Assistant – SEND School (Chichester)

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Chichester, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and structured environment.

You will be working with pupils who may present challenging behaviour , which can include both verbal and physical behaviours , so the school are looking for someone who is calm, patient and confident in their approach.

The role will begin through Pink Tile, with opportunities for temp to perm positions for the right candidate. The school would like candidates to attend a trial day before the end of term .
