Sepsis Quality Program Manager RN

The Sepsis Quality Program Manager (QPM) is accountable for the overall management, leadership, and direction of the clinical and operational activities of the Sepsis program at Swedish campuses. The Sepsis QPM RN will work, across Swedish campuses, to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary and collaborative team approach to care, treatment, and follow-up for septic patients that achieves operational and clinical Best Practice. The Sepsis QPM RN works with campus directors, unit managers, and other leadership teams to oversee the daily operations of the sepsis program initiatives and assists nursing, medical, and ancillary staff in providing quality care outcomes for the care of patients with sepsis. The Sepsis QPM RN achieves and maintains excellent performance and tracks and reports impact of sepsis care delivery on patients' quality of life; always striving to improve, while acting in partnership with all departments.
