Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring across core subjects (Maths, English, Science).
• Plan and report lessons, give regular feedback on student progress.
• Support a team around you and the child through the SEND Support Team.
• Engage in professional development through the TES CPD suite and access to a professional mentor.
• Participate in community and company events, sharing knowledge and resources.
• Contribute to the referral programme, earning rewards for successful tutor referrals.
