Provide trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils and students from KS1–KS5, referred by local authorities and schools. Deliver flexible lessons for students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver core subject lessons (Maths, English, or Science) for SEND students.
• Report lesson plans and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Provide CPD and employee mentoring through TES CPD suite and professional mentor access.
• Support the SEND team and collaborate to keep a supportive environment for both staff and children.
• Contribute to community and company events for knowledge sharing and resources.
• Participate in the referral programme and earn rewards for successful tutor referrals.
