Responsibilities

• CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access
• SEND Support Team: Support to keep a team around you and the child
• Community and Company Events: Knowledge sharing and resources
• Referral Programme: Get rewarded for successful tutor referrals
• A Role with Purpose: Join a child-centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people for the better, supporting pupils and students from KS1 - KS5 (as appropriate for your skills), referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Support children and young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD. Work with schools and local authorities in your area.
