SEN/SEND Tutor, Lancashire

Role Overview

Targeted Provision Ltd is seeking Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils and students from KS1 – KS5 who are referred by local authorities and schools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Support the SEND Support Team to keep a team around you and the child.
• Facilitate CPD and employee mentoring via the TES CPD suite and professional mentor access.
• Participate in community and company events, sharing knowledge and resources.
• Manage a tutor referral programme and receive rewards for successful referrals.
• Deliver trauma‑informed, flexible tutoring and mentoring for pupils and students ranging from KS1 – KS5.
