We’re working with a supportive school in BS7 looking for an experienced SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with complex, high-level needs from September.

This role needs someone calm, confident, and highly skilled in behaviour support. Someone who understands that behind every behaviour is communication, and who can respond with patience, consistency, and emotional intelligence, even during the most challenging moments.

You’ll play a huge part in helping this young person feel safe, understood, and able to engage with school life in a positive way.
