Senor Quality Manager (Hardware Products)

The Role:
The continued success of our Advanced Sensing hardware product line has created the need to scale our quality capability alongside business growth. The Senior Quality Manager will play a key role in supporting this growth, ensuring quality processes are robust, scalable, and able to support increasing product volume and complexity.

The role is responsible for the leadership and delivery of quality assurance across the hardware portfolio, owning the effectiveness of quality processes and ensuring products, systems and materials meet required standards and are delivered with consistency and reliability.

The role provides clear ownership, leadership and visibility of quality performance, acting as the primary point of accountability for quality outcomes and a key point of engagement for senior stakeholders on quality risks, issues and resolution.
