Senior/Staff Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production test solutions for RF/analog/mixed‑signal SoCs on in‑house and commercial ATE platforms.
• Collaborate with design teams to prepare comprehensive test plans for new IP blocks, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and reliability expectations.
• Design test hardware (load boards, probe cards) tailored for manufacturing environments, ensuring reliable performance and compatibility with high‑volume production requirements.
• Drive test program development, optimization, and release to production for NPI products.
• Lead first silicon bring‑up and characterization of new silicon with Design and Product Engineering.
• Improve test time, yield, and coverage through data‑driven root cause analysis.
• Support volume ramp and test correlation across sites and packages.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process and methodology improvements.
