RSK Biocensus, part of the RSK Group, is recruiting a Senior Ecologist to join our growing UK ecology team. The role involves delivery of field surveys, assessment, tender and report writing, project management, site work oversight, and practical habitat management or creation under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee medium/large projects and tenders from commencement to completion and close‑out.
• Promote RSK positively to clients and competitors; display commitment to high‑quality work.
• Manage medium‑sized projects, including finance, resource allocation, sub‑contractor coordination, risk and quality assurance; ensure timely delivery and effective communication; respond to client feedback.
• Conduct fieldwork, including out‑of‑hours surveys, travel as required, and working away from home.
