Senior/Event Executive

We are looking for a
proactive and experienced Event Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of event planning and execution, working closely with internal teams including logistics, carpentry, design, and operations to deliver high-quality corporate events, exhibitions, and roadshows. You will
work closely with our in-house fabrication, design, and logistics teams to deliver end-to-end event solutions
for clients. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing events to life while managing multiple projects and stakeholders. What You Will Do
Lead the
planning, coordination, and execution of events
from concept to completion.
Prepare and present
event proposals, presentations, and quotations
for clients.
Manage
project timelines, deliverables, and operational planning
to ensure smooth event execution.
