Job Description

In a nutshell
As a key member of our share schemes team, you’ll work closely with our tax directors and senior managers to deliver share scheme work to our diverse range of clients,including family businesses, entrepreneurs and innovative businesses.

What you'll be doing day to day
Meeting with clients to discuss their business/incentive needs and helping them find solutions

Working on the implementation of new employee incentive schemes including some document drafting

Helping clients to report their share schemes to HMRC

Providing advice on the tax treatment of a wide range of share schemes including EMI options, other HMRC tax-advantaged share plans and growth shares

Advising on the valuation of shares for tax purposes

Undertaking due diligence on employment related securities matters

Preparing proposals for new work.
