The Senior Worship Pastor at St Paul’s exists to cultivate a people, not just a platform.

We believe worship is not a musical moment but a whole‑life response — a weekly rehearsal for eternity and a daily participation in the life of God. The Senior Worship Pastor will shape and steward a culture where:

• the Spirit is welcomed and discerned
• the Church learns to sing the gospel into one another
• our gathered worship forms our scattered lives
