Senior Workforce Development Strategist (Hybrid)

The Opportunity CACI is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing mid-level and senior-level Shipyard project personnel for successful workforce development outcomes. Leverage your experience and proven expertise to facilitate leadership development within a framework of sustainable workforce development. Use human-centered design principles to serve in a consultative capacity in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on building relationships, influencing leadership development skills, training, and facilitating engagements for success. Work site will fluctuate between the customer site and hone site. This is a hybrid-remote position that requires a significant amount of work conducted on the customer site to ensure customer needs are met.
