Senior Workforce Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Workforce Coordinator to join our Digital Health team on a Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role provides pivotal support in onboarding new clinicians and workforce support for our project employees. As the first point of contact for Digital Health staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding processes, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly with appropriately qualified and credentialed staff
• Generate employment contracts and agreements in line with Australian Modern Awards and HR best practice
• Act as the primary contact for Virtual Health employees, managing queries and escalating matters as required
