The role involves providing comprehensive workflow consulting services to our customers, ensuring seamless integration and utilization across our portfolio of software solutions. Responsibilities

Talk to potential professional services customers to position the value of workflow packages and assist with closing opportunities. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce and other systems. Become an expert on Clio’s suite of products and the value opportunities it offers to help streamline legal workflows. Collaborate with customers to assess their current workflows, identify pain points, and recommend workflow enhancements using Clio's legal software suite.
