**Position Overview** Senior Business Systems Analyst role in dynamic, energetic, complex but rewardingly challenging, high-value, highly visible, fast-paced environment.

The ideal individual would be a Subject Matter Expert in Workday HCM Core, Benefits, Absence, & Compensation, with a strong understanding of employee data, analytics supporting employee transformation/mapping through integration or M&A efforts.

This role would be responsible for solutions analysis, design, configuration & delivery – including business process re-engineering, system fit/gap or analysis of alternative design & documentation - driving customer enablement, transforming manager & employee experiences and enabling transformative operational excellence.
