Senior Work Inspector - Utilities

+ Supervise and monitor all on-site utility construction activities, including wet and dry utilities (potable water, TSE, drainage, sewerage, power, telecommunications, and other services).
+ Ensure that the work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
+ Review and comment on contractors’ shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to utilities.
+ Conduct daily site inspections and prepare inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports as required.
+ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
+ Verify that testing, commissioning, and installation activities meet project and authority standards.
+ Monitor the relocation and protection of existing utilities to avoid service disruptions.
+ Maintain detailed daily records of site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
