We are working on a Senior Womenswear Fashion Designer on behalf of a leading international fashion retail business based in Kuwait.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a design‑led organisation that continues to invest heavily in product innovation, brand development and international growth. Working as part of an established creative team, the successful candidate will play a central role in shaping seasonal womenswear collections for a broad and discerning customer base.

THE POSITION WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO KUWAIT.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal womenswear collections across multiple product categories.
• Research integral fashion, consumer and lifestyle trends to identify new opportunities.
• Produce mood boards, colour palettes, fabric selections and design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with buying, technical and production teams throughout the product development cycle.
