Teleperformance in Malaysia is seeking a senior Workforce Management professional to own the end-to-end WFM lifecycle for a standalone program. The role requires deep BPO domain knowledge and the ability to drive governance directly with clients and operations.
The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of WFM experience within contact centers, demonstrated scale of 250+ FTE, and a proven track record in a BPO matrix environment with strong data modeling and Erlang-based planning skills.
