Senior Water Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a technically strong and safety-focused engineer with proven experience in facilities management environments, capable of carrying out complex water hygiene, plumbing, and closed system works while producing accurate reports and certification. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on commercial and domestic water systems Carry out inspections, repairs, testing, fault-finding, and adjustments in line with plumbing regulations and manufacturer guidance Complete reactive and planned disinfection works, including cold water tank/system and mains disinfection Perform PPM water hygiene monitoring and inspection tasks using customer CAFM systems Survey, quote, and deliver remedial works relating to water hygiene and water treatment Undertake pipework modifications, TMV installations, RPZ valve installation and commissioning, CWST bypassing, and unvented hot water conversions Carry out closed system works including sampl...
