About the Team


The Quality team at the ZF SR plant is responsible for ensuring product excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with automotive standards such as IATF . The team works closely with Customer Service, Engineering, and global technical centers to manage warranty processes and drive continuous improvement. It plays a critical role in analyzing field failures, reducing warranty costs, and maintaining strong communication with OEM customers. Collaboration across plants and regions is essential to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing.
What you can look forward to as Field Failure Analysis (Warranty) Engineer (m/f/d)
Lead and manage the Warranty Analysis laboratory, including Level 1 and Level 2 field failure analysis for returned brake products.

Drive structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa, ensuring full traceability.
