Senior Visual Designer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a strong, AI-fluent Senior Visual Designer to own and protect a single, synchronized brand identity for Rolling Arrays. You will be the person who makes sure that whoever meets us, on the website, on LinkedIn, in a pitch deck, or at an event, sees the same confident brand every time. You will set the visual language, build the system that holds it together, and produce work that turns abstract HR and technology ideas into clear, memorable visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible of their own design queue and the design process, high-visibility creative conceptualization assignments
• Strong knowledge on design principles, user experience, visual accessibility, and design thinking. Is able to use these skills to generate visual concepts and propose innovative solutions.
