**Description**

The Senior Vice President, Makeup Research & Innovation (R&I) is a transformational leadership role responsible for the end-to-end innovation, development, and technical strategy for the company’s global Makeup portfolio across all brands. This role will lead the evolution of Makeup R&I into a modern, agile, platform-led organization that accelerates innovation, enables scalable growth, and delivers breakthrough product performance aligned with brand and consumer needs.

The SVP will oversee a complex global Makeup R&I organization and will be accountable for the full innovation lifecycle — from ideation and concept development through formulation, testing, qualification, commercialization, and regulatory compliance. This leader will drive the creation of differentiated technologies, scalable formulation platforms, and next-generation product architectures that fuel category growth and competitive advantage.
