Senior Vice President, Development and Marketing

Reporting to the President/CEO, the Senior Vice President of Development and Marketing is a dynamic, results-oriented leader who plays a creative and strategic role in driving fundraising, marketing and public relations initiatives.   The SVP is responsible for growing revenue, increasing community awareness, strengthening relationships and elevating the mission through creative and strategic storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Develops and implements a strategic fundraising plan to meet development and programmatic goals, maximizes new opportunities, and significantly grows funding base for long-term sustainability

+ Solicits major gifts from individuals and foundations; actively cultivates relationships with potential donors

+ Responsible for research, development, and execution of all funding proposals;
