Senior Vice President, Business Lending

Overview

Leads the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Business Lending and Services portfolio. Accountable for P&L performance, market expansion, program & product management, member experience, operations, and the broader business member product and portfolio strategy. Drives sustainable growth through integrated client strategies and relationships, strong risk management, and operational excellence. Builds high-performing teams and partners across the enterprise to deliver holistic financial solutions and achieve corporate objectives. Ensure Business Lending and Services strategies and activities align with the corporate objectives as well as the Lending department and organizations' mission, vision and values.

+ Define and execute short- and long-term strategic vision and goals for Lending’s Business Lending division, aligning segment strategies to enterprise growth objectives, member needs, and market opportunities
