Senior Validation Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Post-Silicon Validation Engineer to support assignment with a leading MNC customer. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in silicon bring-up, electrical validation, and complex board level debug. The engineer is expected to work independently, drive validation activities, and mentor junior engineers. RTL knowledge is optional but a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Validation & Bring-Up

2. Lead and execute post-silicon validation and board bring-up activities.

3. Define, review, and improve validation strategies and test plans.
4. Perform power sequencing validation, electrical measurements, and signal integrity checks.
5. Operate and interpret measurements from digital oscilloscopes and advanced lab instruments.
6. Identify coverage gaps and propose additional tests to ensure robust validation.
