Senior US Bookkeeper

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in performing various accounting functions for a US division, with a strong understanding of US GAAP, complex financial transactions, and reporting tools. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will handle accounting operations such as A/R, A/P, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, journal entries, and managing balance sheet postings, including equity swaps and SAFE agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP for all accounting activities and maintain accurate records following internal controls and accounting standards.
