You will have the chance to lead throughcoaching and mentorship, supporting underwriters as they progress through authority levels, while also partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders to strengthen technical capability and improve how underwriting is delivered.
What will you be doing?
Assessing and underwriting Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection applications in the UK market, including medical and nonmedical risk, in line with Aviva’s underwriting philosophy, standards, and delegated authority.
