Senior UAS Assessor - Buffalo, NY
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a full-time Senior UAS Assessor to support members in Buffalo, NY. This organization is known for its commitment to high-quality, community-based care management and its focus on accurate, timely assessments to support long-term services and supports. In this role, the assessor will conduct comprehensive UAS-NY assessments, collaborate with care teams, and help ensure members receive appropriate, high-quality services—offering a meaningful position with direct impact on patient outcomes.
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Work-life balance: No weekends, no holidays, no night shifts
Compensation Notes:$90,000 – $100,000 a year (based on experience) Up to 8% Annual Bonus Mileage & toll reimbursement
