**Job Description**

**The Role**

The **Trim Technician** in **Creative Design** partners with **Design Fabrication** , **Creative Design** , and **Color & Trim** teams to develop finished prototype interior parts for seating bucks, clinics, and design show properties. This role translates fabrication blueprints and creative direction into high-quality physical properties that meet design intent, engineering requirements, and program timing. The technician applies advanced trim shop bench skills and technology-driven fabrication methods to deliver completed surfaces and interior components with minimal supervision. This person also serves as a technical resource for peers, contributes to process improvement, and helps strengthen team capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
