The Role

• Support the planning and coordination of daily transport activity
• Plan and coordinate daily transport movements
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and external transport partners
• Monitor schedules and react quickly to changes, delays or issues
• Manage transport queries and resolve operational problems
• Update systems and maintain accurate records
• Support route planning, delivery planning and wider logistics coordination
• Communicate clearly to keep activity on track
• Review current processes and identify areas for improvement
• Help implement more structured and efficient ways of working
• Support the wider team with ad‑hoc logistics and operational requirements
