Key Responsibilities

• Identify process and/or performance gaps and opportunities, quantify the impact of process gaps and/or performance misses, and develop continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop project deliverables such as process maps, policies, procedures documentation, data analysis, charts, and management readouts.
• Support business process owners in deploying the agreed recommendations, measuring, and tracking the benefits of operational excellence projects.
• Cultivate a continuous‑improvement culture and critical thinking by participating in operational‑excellence forums with offshore business partners and sharing industry best practices, case studies, implementation tips, trends, and tools.
• Participate in LEAN Six Sigma workshops and other operational‑excellence trainings.
