We are looking for a Senior Training Area Profile

VerstärCare is currently looking to strengthen its multidisciplinary team with a senior profile in the Training / Physiological Area.

We are looking for an experienced professional capable of acting not only as a training specialist, but also as a methodological referent for the area.

The role involves contributing to the structuring and development of our Training / Physiological services, including athlete follow‑up, workload monitoring, return‑to‑training processes, junior supervision, internal tools, and app‑based workflows.

Main responsibilities include:

• Structuring the methodology of the Training / Physiological Area
• Creating follow‑up protocols, templates, checklists and reporting tools
• Supervising juniors or interns
• Adapting training plans to each athlete’s profile, sport, level and goals
