Senior Trainer

eClerx is looking for a Senior Trainer who is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance and support business objectives. This role serves as a subject matter expert in learning and development, ensuring the effective delivery of product, process, sales, and soft skills training while partnering closely with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams to drive continuous performance improvement.
